Terry Hodge has worked in human resources for nearly fifteen years and has found her home at Bethany Health Care Center. As Bethany’s Director of Human Resources since 2011, she is committed to fostering a trusting and diversified work environment, always looking for compassionate professionals who want to be part of Bethany’s mission of providing the highest quality health care to our residents.

Professionally, Terry has a Certification in Human Resources, her Nursing Home Administrator’s license, and a B.S. degree in Management from Boston College. Personally, she enjoys laughing with our residents, watching her children build their lives, travelling with her husband, and cuddling with her dog.
